Can you still go to singing lessons if you can't sing at all?

I love music and I'd love to be able to sing but I sound really bad
and although I'd feel super embarrassed about going to lessons, I'd
love to just sing! I also play the guitar and piano, I dance and love
listening to music, especially Beyonce and that kind of RB soul,
gospel style.
